Yoga + Movement Therapy

Say goodbye to aches and pains. Heal injuries and get back to life with our founder Eva Büman.

Eva has studied many modalities around the world as well a a bachelor in Health Sciences here in Melbourne. She competed in state and national sports for many years.

It was not until an accident left her in a wheelchair and worked with many different types of movement specialists (including physios, chiros, osteos, etc) that she feels she learnt the keys to unlocking free comfortable and intelligent movement which includes a combination of the wisdom from multiple modalities.

“It’s unfortunate that so many practitioners just follow protocols and don’t actually look at the issues an individual is having with the intention of getting them back on their feet rather than backing their bank accounts with dependent repeat visits. I will be forever thankful to the European trained Oseo, Luke, who taught me things no therapist in Australian trained modalities seem to know. I now share that knowledge, added with my own other skills, to help people back to freedom.”

Having worked with everyone from Womens Sports Australia, Tennis Australia and Special Forces personell, Eva is able to offer healing across a wide range of needs.
